Individual Organizers

Customized paper and PDF organizers were issued to individual clients on December 17th, 2021.

We are offering blank PDF engagement letters for individuals here and blank PDF questionnaires here. Please be sure to fill out the top portion on the first page and sign the last page of the engagement letter before submitting it to us.

We are also offering fillable PDFs. The fillable engagement letter is available here and the fillable questionnaire is available here.

All other organizer worksheets are available here. You will see worksheets that do not apply to you in this PDF. You should only fill out the forms that are applicable to your tax situation.

If you can’t open the PDF organizer emailed to you due to it showing as a winmail.dat file on your end, and have tried troubleshooting, please contact our office to request your custom organizer be sent through Citrix ShareFile as a PDF or to have a paper copy mailed to you. We are not currently able to offer fillable versions of the organizer worksheets at this time.
